Through global events and celebrations and human rights awareness education, AltruOut journeys highlight advocacy movements for equality, identity, and gender justice.
Each AltruOut travel experience is designed to inspire, connect, educate, and create tangible support by:
- Honoring the legacies of community LGBTQIA++ activism
- Highlighting current struggles and successes within communities that are often vulnerable
- Financially supporting local NGOs and speakers; increasing the visibility of small NGOs and LGBTQIA++-owned businesses in our host communities
- Benefiting the sponsoring organization’s work via built-in donations
- Fostering international relationships and collaborations.
