Traveling legally to Cuba
OFAC states that travel-related transactions involving Cuba are permitted only for certain authorized activities. Tourist activities are not authorized.
Travelers whose plans meet all the conditions of an applicable general license generally do not submit a separate application to OFAC. If a general license does not cover the plans, a specific license may be required.
